Adding extended disc ID info. Cast and crew as credited in the order they are credited. The original profile had a large uncredited cast but, I did not include them since they are not present in the current profile. If voters would like me to contribute them please let me know. I checked the various parsings with Matthias' CLT+ tool, and at the moment this is the variation that is most common. Propagated birth year for Paul Stewart, as listed in the birth year thread.
