Hello- is there a way to add and track movies that are owned on VUDU or Movies Anywhere without a physical disc? Is there a way to add to the library but marked somehow that there is no disc?

Hi,
By selecting "Tools"/"Edit Media types.." you can add something like "Online".  You can then add an image to be used as an icon that shows in the General Info block.  Text can be added that will display above the cover image if you have it selected to display.  Probably easiest to add a disc already in the database and edit it to your liking.

what I do  .. is if I watch a film/ movie on Netflick  and want to be able to recall the date I saw it. .
I add the title to my wish list --  and then edit the date in that way..

good one GSyren! ..,,  ...
but that site probably has a lot of advertisers etc to track you .. and Invelos is bought and paid for ( in my case 20 years ) . plus- by adding the title to a wish list pops my titles right in line when I open Profiler .. no extra sites involved .

Letterboxd is movie-based service that doesn't help you with your *media-based* collection.  That's why serious collectors that want complete control of their collections (disc covers, disc specs, etc.) use DVD Profiler and the likes, which not only contains info of the movies but also info on the media formats (disc, cloud, etc.) the movies are recorded in.  DVD Profiler or the likes is a whole new level of movie-cataloguing that average movie fans just don't do.
