I noticed that cast pictures are not downloaded. Is this a feature with the unlimited key or will I have to add pictures myself?

You have to add them yourself. There are other options created by users in the forums though, like a master headshots database you can download.

Is all this information stored on my PC? If so do you know where the files are stored?

Headshots are in the file :
My Documents\DVD Profiler\Databases\Default\actors.blb  (if your database is named default)

But this is a coded file, and you cannot "play" directly with individual images, except through the program.

If you decide to get the images on your own, you can add them to C:\Users\username\Documents\DVD Profiler\CreditPhotos

They should be a resolution of 3x4 and you have to name them Last name_First name_, Alba_Jessica_, as an example.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

In fact, you have many ways to add photos.

- You can just paste a photo on an empty place for an actor. The photo is saved in actors.blb.

- You can double click on an empty place. The program will make a google search to find a photo.. It will also go in actors.blb

- You can add directly in the folder as TheMadMartian told.

All those photos work for all movies where the actor plays.

- You can also add custom photo, that will be displayed only for one movie of the actor. You have to choose the paste custom photo option. In that case, the photo goes to the directory
\My Documents\DVD Profiler\CreditPhotos\"UPC of the movie", where is is kept as an individual jpg file.
