| Posted: | | | | Hi there. I have been using the iOS version of DVD Profiler for awhile now and recently got the desktop version running on my Mac and bought a license for it. I have used the iOS online backup since it has been available and used that backup to populate the desktop version when I got it. Now that I have a desktop license and can view my collection online it is not displaying correctly. For some reason when I choose to display my collection in alphabetical order it will not do it. It starts my collection with some "S" titles and then goes on to other letters and is pretty much a complete mess when trying to view my collection online in alphabetical order. So does anyone know what the problem is and how to get it fixed? Here is a link to my online collection so others can see what I am talking about. My online collection. |

If it were mine, I would run a database repair on the desktop, then re-upload the online db. Maybe that will fix it. |

| Posted: | | | | Well it looks like repairing my database and uploading that did the trick. Thanks for the help. Now if I can just figure out how to remove the media banners that are appearing on some of my cover images. |

Be careful, you should never use these buttons. The existing images will be resaved and recompressed immediately with a lot of loss.
