Who says you can't? If the slip cover is reflective and the inner keepcase images are identical, you can contribute the keepcase covers provided they are a significant improvement over the existing images. If they aren't identical then just scan the keepcase and keep it local. Your images may look better but they wouldn't conform to the rules if you were to contribute them, now would they?
