The first Hi-Def image I got to see was a copy of, all things, Grease, and i was singularly unimpressed, the Hi-Def image magnified the grain to the point of distraction.
Check out something current, shot on HD, like Coraline, or a true classic with beautiful restoration such as The Searchers or Robin Hood I've heard but not have seen that Casablanca, as old as it is and with NO color in the picture is an absolute treat for your eyes .. The Best visually at this point of the game .. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

Casablanca is fantastic on Blu-ray, so are the new Criterion Blu-ray editions of B&W classics: The Wages of Fear, 400 Blows and The Third Man. |

| Posted: | | | | Battling Butler, I whole heatedly agree, And Casablanca has great extras. | | | We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own. Ineptocracy, You got to love it.
