As for repairing your old database: In the old program, go to Tools menu, and select Options Last tab along, Utilities - there's a button marked "Repair DVD Profiler Database" Thanks northbloke |

| Posted: | | | | You can get your old registration key by logging in at the old website: www.intervocative.com. Then you can come back here and upgrade your key by clicking "Registration" above. Please remember, the old version needed a key even for free versions - this key can't be upgraded. |

| Posted: | | | | i have my old key....but when i try to upgrade it on this site it says that it is invalid. I paid for the unlimited membership a few years ago. And www.intervocative.com now redirects to invelos...so it's gone. | | | Last edited: by bgills |

| Posted: | | | | Ok, I think I'm missing something obvious here. I just downloaded v3 and restored my 2.4 database. I got a popup (as the release notes had mentioned) telling me 8 UPCs were not converted and to update them manually. The question is, how do I do this? I went to edit the DVD entry, but for the life of me I can't find anywhere to update the UPC code. What am I missing? |

| Posted: | | | | I have my old Key, try to put it in 3.0, says my 2.4 key is invalid. Try to login with 2.4 key says i need to registrer! I don't think I should have to pay again since I use this about once a year to update my collection. I hadnt used it in well over a year because of active duty now I cant do anything with new version and I am just stuck. |

You have to register, but you don't have to pay again. During the registration process you should see the option to up-convert your 2.4 key... | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. | Posted: | | | | Go to the InterVocative Software site, leg in and go to the Registration tab. There you should find the registration infrmation for your old account.
Then follow the instruction how to upgrade to 3.x. | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. Registered: May 29, 2000 (at InterVocative) |

Thanks I've got the same problem... can't remember my login to the old site (which is now hiding under http://legacy.intervocative.com/), and the email reminder does nothing! My 2.x collection is still online, but the PC with 2.x installed is in pieces... Is there any other way to get my key (or login) back? |

| Posted: | | | | Do you mean your password? Your login is part of the collection link. Click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page and then click on "Account Setup". Provide as much information about your account as you can in the message body. |

Yes, I've forgotten my password, but I know my login. I managed to find a copy of my database file from 2.x, but I can't import it until I've got a key for 3.x (due to the 50 title limit). I've just added 50 new titles to 3.x, and I've got about another 60 to go... it's been ages since I've updated my profile I sent a request yesterday using the "account setup" contact page... waiting on a reply now. |
