The film "A Cinderella Story" is not explicitly in this persons IMDB filmography, but it is a name variant he uses.  That film has no VE crew in the IMDB profiles.  I included it just to show that whether that film was him or not it would not affect the common name based on CLT data.

The CLT is by default the method for determining the common name.  Common name threads are used because you cannot go against the CLT unless it is documented

From what I see based on the titles in the CLT this persons common name is Chris Jones and there is already a BY set up for him of 1977.

Not using the CLT raw numbers and delving into the data further is still using the CLT.  So I would say we would need to prove the common name is Christopher Jones before we add the new BY and call Chris Jones (1977) invalid.

It looks like Kluge already determined that when he originally made his BY post and what I see in the CLT confirms the fact that the common name is Chris Jones
