Or at least try running the Microsoft program designed to fix corrupted files.

No errors found

Ah, yes, I forgot that Tahoma is a protected system font. That makes it a little bit tricky to delete. You can find instructions in the video below. Before fiddling with regedit you might want to create a system restore point, just to be on the safe side.

Thanks, but the problem continues.

jjom, since the Tahoma font is the most common cause of this error, are you 100% sure that you replaced the Tahoma font successfully? Perhaps you should give it another try. I would recommend the following:
1) Close Profiler and any other program that may be using fonts.
2) Go into the Fonts section of the Windows Control Panel.
3) Delete the Tahoma font.
4) Reboot
5) Download a fresh Tahoma font.
6) Install the downloaded font.

It's a bit of a long shot, but it's worth trying rather than giving up on DVD Profiler.

I can not delete.
It says "it's a protected system font"

I've done everything, on the alternative PC, everything is fine.
In the new laptop, I have done everything, removed everything, install again, the problem continues.
I looked at Microsoft, and the information I find indicates that the problem will be in the DVD Profile program.
I have two PCs, a desktop and a laptop.
On the desktop everything works fine.
On the laptop stopped working.
Windows has the same version in both.
I do not know what's happening.
I'M NOT A LIAR.
This is my problem.

The first thing I did was to perform the procedures indicated by the support.
Did not solve
Second, was to uninstall the program, remove all folders and files from %LocalAppData%\DVD Profiler,  and run a database restore
Did not solve
Third, I followed the forum suggestions
It did not solve, and so it continues.
My last question has to do with the lack of response from the support. No longer exists? No solutions?
Since I am Portuguese, I am using Google Translate.

I have nothing on excution (nor plugins).
I did a reset of the program with a previous backup.
I did what the Forum advised to do.
I did not do anything else!

But the problem continues

^^ I have seen an error message like that myself every once in a while, but it's usually not a reoccurring problem then...

Does the error just repeat for you?

Have you tried the "Troubleshoot compatibility" for the program in Windows 10?

Yes, the problem continues
This situation is only happening soon.
It already worked and well, with my installation.
Suddenly after connecting to the site began to give this error

You might try running the program as administrator.

Can you post a screenshot of the error? Just insert an image with the small light blue mountain/sun "icon" on the Post a reply screen.

When I want to post an image I have this:

I've already removed the program, reinstalled it, and the problem continues.

I put the question on the program support page, but so far nothing.
Do you know what's going on with the support?
It's just that I have a question since 11/05/17 and so far nothing.

I mean this:

from DVD Profiler's main menu, select Online->Refresh Online Profile List while holding CTRL.
