New UK Blu Ray set of both volumes of Kill Bill

UPC confirmed at Zavvi and Powerplay direct.
Cast/Crew taken from already approved SD DVD
Extras taken from press release

Corrected profile to Box Set rules, therefore removing all info for Video Format, Subtitles, Features, Crew etc. (these do not belong into a box set profile)

Additional changes:

Title
- changed to "Kill Bill Volumes 1 & 2" as per spine info

Case Type
- corrected to "Slip Case"

Studios
- corrected to publisher "Buena Vista Home Entertainment" as per cover

Overview
- corrected to match back cover info

Box Set
- added child profiles
