sorry to ask this question but I am at a loss. My PC crashed last month so I had to buy a new one and uploaded my collection again. But now no actors are showing up. If I update a single DVD, they reappear, but I don't want to do it 2,000 times. Refreshing the collection doesn't help either.

| | Posted: | | | | If you have truly refreshed the collection, you would have effectively done what you did for a single DVD, for each DVD in the collection. So, my guess is that you are not following the correct procedure, which is:
- Online > Refresh Online Profile List
- Online > Refresh Updated Profiles from Invelos
That should do it. Yes, it will take a long time.
This is why Invelos made a Backup / Restore option. You can restore from a backup, or from the online.
It appears you might have wiped out your online backup if you uploaded from an empty database? | | | Thanks for your support.
