I've been a dedicated premium user for years;  I've had DVDP installed on my Sony UX-180p since the UX came out, and believe me, that's incredibly handy in stores so I can look up my collection and avoid buying duplicates.

My problem is that the minimum screen resolution is now 1024x768, and the screen on my poor little UX-180p (and my wife's UX380n) is only 1024x600.  Thus, the bottom of some dialogs get chopped off.  I've been able to work around it by tabbing to unseen buttons and hitting enter to dismiss dialogs, and was able to disable the welcome page, but I was wondering if it would be possible to make the dialogs resizeable? I don't even need them to default to different sizes - I just want to be able to either use them or dismiss them without having to fire up DVDP on another computer to figure out how many times to hit 'tab'.  Even a little closing 'x' in the upper right would be nice...  even a keystroke combo for closing would help!

I'm not sure if this qualifies as tech support issue or as a feature request, but on the chance that someone else has figured out how to dismiss the tall dialogs, I decided to post in this forum.

Maybe you could use this Scrollable Desktop program.
