Hi,

Today I bought the Mobile version. I Install the program on the MDA and put the collection data on the storage card. When I open the programm you see the welcome screen but when I open my collection the programm crashed. I get this note: Collection file format not Recognized.
Anybody nows the solution? Thanks a lot

Which version of Mobile did you install? Which version are you running on your desktop?

Activesync: 4.5
PC: XP SP 2
Mobile: 5.1.70
DVD Profiler 3.03
DVD Profiler Mobile: 1.03


I have also installed Bevel Pocket Movie list on the MDA, I used this program before.

I think you need to install Profiler mobile v1.04 if you are running v3.03 on your dekstop.

This is mentioned here

It works perfect now, thanks a lot for the help.
The mobile version looks really great!

I have the same problem, but I have not registered mobile profiler yet and can therefore not download 1.04. Can this be resolved or do I have to downgrade my desktop version to test before I buy ?
