I'm auditing the Cast & Crew for Kill Bill 2.

The credits for this title is a real mess! When the movie ends, a LOT of the actors from both vol 1 & 2 are presented by name and role specification, then the major actors from vol 2. is shown one at a time without role name (some are repeated from the first presentation), then crew credits, then "additional players" (minor roles from vol 2) with standard actor/role specification - then the rest of the credits.

How should the credits look in DVDP? Should I include all actors, including those credited from vol 1 even though they didn't appear in vol 2 or should I pin out just the ones appearing in vol 2? Secret third option?

Help!

I've just looked - and my God they are confusing!

The way I would do it would be to start crediting from the start (so starting with Vivicia) as you have role names to use.
The driving credits can be pretty much skipped as I couldn't see any names in there that haven't already been through, but if there are obviously add them.
The same for the "additional players" bit - just add names that haven't already been through.

You're right though - it's a very complicated credit sequence, and I'm sure there's a number of ways it could be done.

So you'd credit all the actors mentioned from vol 1, not appearing in vol 2 as well?

Yes - the rules say to add cast "as credited".

Just like TV series - if a series regular is not in an episode, but are still credited - we still add them to the credits.

Take a look at the US Region 1 release I did the cast and crew for them as credited.

While were on the topic of who should and who should not be credited what about the stunt teams I've noticed that in a few recent film I've profiled they are now called stunt players maybe add in a divider saying "Stunt players" and add them in after the cast which is where they normally are in the credits.

There was a long discussion about these players that appear in cast credits.  Basically what the community decieded was if they were listed like.

Credits
Actor
Actor
Stunt
Stunt
Actor
Actor

They should be added but, if they appear like;

Credits
Actor
Actor
Stunt
Stunt

Then they don't get added.
