| | Posted: | | | | This morning I was performing profile updates and at the end during the download, the program asked me about 5 different child profiles:
The Blind Side (BRD)
The Bourne Supremacy (BRD)
The Bourne Ultimatium (BRD)
Lost Season 1 Disc 1 & 2
Afterward when I went to check these, I found that the children were the full blown DVDs including case, UPCs and MSRPs. In other words, the stand alone products, not the DVDs which are on side 2 of the BRDs for the Bournes and for The Blind Side a separate disc inside the Blu-ray case for the DVD and Digital Copy on one disc...what's up with that???? Are we somehow accepting wrong versions in the online now.
As for Lost, I have had this including all it's children for a long time. Todays download produced a new Disc 1 & 2 in addition to the ones I already have...Why??? | | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |

| | Posted: | | | | I encountered something similar when updating The Hammer House of Horror (5037115040930, UK) yesterday. Instead of just 2 new child profiles, the programme came up with 4, the 2 that should be there and another 2 containing full profiles for different releases.
It would seem that sometimes when there are different releases available the parent-child relationships get messed up. |
