Quite frequently when I'm out shopping, I might see a DVD/Blu-Ray that I know nothing about.  It would be handy to have the IMDB user ratings to help decide if a blind buy is warranted.

That feature would be nice, but I'm afraid, it would violate the TOS of IMDb.

I voted yes, but after thinking about it, if you didn't have it in your database yet, how could you check out it's rating? What is TOS?

The entire DVD Profiler database, not just what you own, can be downloaded to your mobile device.  This feature already exists.

TOS is Terms of Service.

Like all things, their TOS can be interpreted many ways.  To me, commercial use would mean your application depends on and derives income from the use of their data, neither which would be true.

Where is that feature? I definitely missed that one. Thanks for the definition.

In the Synchronize screen, there is a GroupBox labeled 'Recent and Upcoming Releases'.  If you check the 'All' checkbox, it downloads the entire database.

As a workaround you could use the imdb app.
