I've read over the guidelines, but I didn't see these questions answered...

First off, is there any way to 'clone' a submission?  There is a DVD that is from a different locality and is a totally different release.  (different UPC and disc id, different audio tracks etc) However, the cast crew details are the same.  Is there an easy way to clone the other title, or do I have to build the profile from scratch?

For region codes, how are 'all region' handled?  Do you select all 6 region codes (which is also what is noted on the back cover) or do you leave them all blank?  (I verified with Nero that this is not a 'region 0' disc, it's a multi region disc)

For video size/aspect ratio, I have an older title that is letterboxed.  IE, the video file aspect ratio is 1.33:1, but the image on screen has the black bars that are part of the video file. (basically 4:3 matted - it's NOT anamorphic) This is from the 70's, so not unheard to see a title handled like this.  So do I report the native video resolution, or do I report the 'displayed' video aspect ratio?

I was able to confirm the matte video selection...  On this page it notes:

Full Frame: Films presented in Open Matte and TV series, unless otherwise noted.

I hadn't heard the term 'open matte' before, but after looking it up that would be what applies to the video.  Odd way of doing letterbox, since I expect it makes it harder to watch on a widescreen TV.  (since the video itself isn't widescreen, but only looks like it is widescreen when viewed on a standard TV.)  It's too bad there isn't a choice for matte films, since a format of 'full frame' may scare people away thinking it is a 'chop job' that has been forced into 4:3 ratio.

Open matte is when the movie is hot using the full frame and the top and bottom are normally matted off for exhibition (the vast majority of 1.85:1 films). The full frame version will just show the whoel filmed image, with nothing of interest in the top and bottom of the frame. What you are described is non-anamorphic widescreen.

Thanks for the responses, the anamorphic aspect was getting me messed up a bit. 

A few more questions...

-For "Country of Origin" - does it refer to the main STUDIO or main MEDIA company primary location?

-Is there a way to get audio languages added to the menu for the audio tracks?  I know there is 'other', but is it not better to add the actual language if known?

-Is there a sticky with details about cover page scans?  I have read over this, but is there thread that talks about getting the best available image for submissions?
