Reason: if you upload your collection-list DVD Profiler knows which titles to upload, if something got wrong there he knows wrong and simply doesn't upload. The clean-up and do-over breaks this cycle. Third: if this doesn't help, do a database-repair if not done already. - Tools -> Options -> Utilities -> Repair Profile Database and upload.
