In order to help us prioritize fixes, please follow these guidelines for submitting bugs:

- First, please ensure you are on the latest beta (check this under Settings->About DVD Profiler)

- Next, check the forum to see if your issue has already been reported. If it has, and you wish to post additional information to the topic , please ensure the issue is actually the same. "Me too" or "Same here" responses aren't necessary, unless you can add steps to reproduce or other additional information.

- If you need to post a new issue, please start a new topic, and begin your subject with one of the following: CRASH, LOST DATA, ERROR, BROKEN, DISPLAY, OTHER, REQUEST.

CRASH - if the program spontaneously closes, with or without an error message.
LOST DATA - if the program causes the removal of data in your desktop or online database.
ERROR - if you receive an error message, but the program does not close.
BROKEN - if any significant functionality is present but not working.
DISPLAY - if any seriously wonky display issues are found. (unreadably tiny fonts, items partially offscreen, etc)
OTHER - other serious bugs
REQUEST - feature requests. Note that these will not routinely receive a response at this time

Example subject:  "CRASH: Program crashes when I whistle loudly"

When making a report, please include steps to reproduce the bug wherever possible.

Please also include your device and OS versions in each report, and the build number of the beta (check this under Settings, About DVD Profiler).

Note: I will change the subject to "CLOSED:..." when the issue is addressed.
