Problem with Android DVDprofiler app - because I'm an idiot my thumbnails are gone

So when transferring my photos and videos off my Samsung Galaxy S4 I accidentally said "yes" to deleting all photos on the phone, and therefore lost my thumbnails from my database.

I tried updating the collection, and switching from hi res to low res thumbnails and it looked like it was rebuilding the thumbnails, yet they still have not appeared.

What can I do to get my thumbnails back in my database?

Much appreciated.

A warm welcome to you, TallGuyMe.

The easiest way would be:
1) Connect your device to your PC
2) In Windows Explorer browse to the location of your PC-database and open the folder named "Images" and then "Thumbnails"
3) On your Android device browse to the location of your database (again by using Windows Explorer) and open the folder "Images"
4) If it doesn't exist anymore create it in Invelos -> DVDProfiler -> LocalData -> Images
5) Copy the content of the folder on your PC to your Android Device.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I've always did everything directly through the phone.  I have never (to the best of my knowledge) sync'd my collection to my PC and therefore do not believe I have a "PC-database"?

Does the folder "Images" still exist in the location I pointed out before?

Seems he doesn't have the PC version installed at all, Lewis.

that is correct, I do not have the PC version.  Just bought the Android app version from the PlayStore and started adding my collection directly from my phone.

Understood that.
I was asking about the "Images" folder on his Android device.

The reason for this: If it got removed, that might explain why a new download would not refresh the pics.

Where did you transfer the pics to?
Are the coverscans to be found there?
