Problem solved

Sent Patkenoby (Patken) a PM that reminded him of his login.
Since he answered, I think he's happy now.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Have you checked to see if your email program automatically moved the email to a spam folder?

Yes I did of course

What country do you reside in?  Hopefully Ken has copies of your response because using a crack program is considered illegal and you can be held financially (if not criminally) liable.

I like that one
Strange how things turn on,  so if Ken has a copy of my email regarding the crack he also knew then that I had emails remaining unanswered from his team (as mentionned in the same email), so why not answering then ?  and if You have read, the crack was used to restore and export my databases then droped.

Anyway I agree that posting with the S… thing – I shouln’t have -  puts me in a position that makes me look like a punk for some members, always focusing on what I didn’t or should have done, and not why  Invelos remain silent even providing them with  paypal ID’s transaction and Paypal printscreen transaction as well.

If they did respond, even with : sorry the paypal elements you provide are useless or the transaction is to old, or the transaction was made with Intervocative and whatsoever.
It will have took less then a second to me to buy again a licence, as I do like that software.

As a matter of fact, I must apologise to the Invelos Team and members for the Invelos S…. post title, and will remove it.

I do thank members who try to help
I have find my key code again and password as well on my own.
And yes safely  backup already.

Thanks for doing that goblins, though I don't know what you could have told him that Ken didn't already tell him in his first reply...
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.

We will teach it to them again.

Ken researched your email chain once he saw your complaint...meaning two days ago...and he did respond, here in the thread you created.

How is your new title any better?  As evident by the fact that Ken was able to read the email the handler sent out to you, they did respond.  You, for whatever reason, just didn't get the email.  Stuff like that happens all the time.

Nothing really,
I just assumed that the OP was more for venting some anger than really a cry for help. From this followed that it probably was a WAF-thread (Write-And-Forget), logically it was quite safe to assume that patkenboy never read Ken's reply.

Seems I nearly got it correct
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

TheMadMartian sufficiently addresses this question so I'll skip over this one.

Still doesn't make it any more right.  What did you export the data to? Another program?  You'd still need a key for DVDP 3.x.  Either way it looks like the issue is resolved and you're able to still use the program.

You may want to do a thorough check out of your machine.  Not all cracks are deemed safe as some apps may contain malicious code or viruses.

According to Ken's research an email was sent but it must of ended up somewhere in the black abyss of the internet.

Glad to see you finally turn over a new leaf.  Now that the dust has settled are you going to become more of an active member of the forum or post your collection online?

To tress one point by rdodolak, since you used a cracking program to register DVDP, you very well may have a trojan or a virus.

But I kind of doubt this message will ever be received since he got what he was looking for.  Maybe after a trojan trashes his machine and he has to reformat, he'll be able to go directly after the correct account.

If he's smart, he would have backing up this information gained here.  But then again, he did admit to Ken that he cracked his program....

How long will people reprimand this user ? He admitted he did an error attacking Invelos that way, and apologized for that. Then he thanked people who tried to help him.

Time to see elsewhere...

I have also a life and I don’t spend my time in forums especially during week-end.

So to make it clear: crack is a term used for a lot of things. I won’t describe them all here.
Using a crack program to modify software is prohibited by law, and is stupid because you don’t know what is written in the program and what it does exactly,

More,  and this is  worse - because people often don’t understand it -  is that despite the fact it can blown away your computer or keep trace of personal information – i.e. virus, Trojan or whatsoever -  It can also spread and attack the Internet – i.e. worms.

I do encourage people NOT using such program. If you do just blame yourself when facing problems.
The same statement is available for serial key generators and others.

I am too respectful for people who create things – in that case software - to steal they work.
I buy all of my DVDs, never download one. I respect people’s work as I want my work to be respected.

As a matter of fact, I use that generic term as not to explain what I did to be able to pass the 50 DVD lock with a trial version, and just to be able to retrieve a part of my collection and then be able to export it. Then I did uninstall the dvdp software.

That’s all and needed to be clarified as I thought this post was closed.
For what I am concerned this post must be closed, if you still want to blame me and dig, do.

Thanks again for those who try to helped despite my stupid upset attitude at the beginning.
I am looking elsewhere now.

Now, that is a very nice ending to all of this. Hope you now keep using this program and forget all about the 'competition' (if there ever was one).

Green arrow for you.
Unfortunately, I can't use DVDprofiler at the moment due to lack of a Windows computer.
