| | Posted: | | | | I didn't even know until now that this particular "club" was here, but since it's the only one I'll be able to join for years, I might as well post while I have the chance  In 8 1/2 years (middle of 2000 to December 25th, 2009), I finally reached 251 DVDs. I actually didn't even notice that until a few minutes ago. But then, between purchases and thanks to gifts from a friend, this year alone I have added another 45 to that, and it isn't even Christmas yet  For the first time in my years of collecting, I have a significant backlog of movies (and special features) that I haven't gotten around to watching yet! | | | If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

With exponential growth too. In my example: While it took me nearly 7 years to get my first 350 DVDs it took less than 2 to get the next. Current rate for new achievements: 3.5 per week tendency rising. Sadly the quality didn't quite keep up with the quantity.
