Is it possible to intergrate Andy's & James' common name database into the search results?

It would be awesome if amongst the local variant results it displayed, the entry or close matches from there also appear.

is it possible that you include a selection of your own defined TAGs in the report.

I do Tag which data I did compare with the disc, so it would make it easier in some cases to decide if a change should be done or not.

You have to specify an exclusion file before creating the report. Once you have done that, you can use the Exclude commands to prevent variants such as the one you mentioned from appearing again.

A couple of wishes from me:

1. Ability to de-select a role from within the selected common name. Right now, you can deselect roles from names that aren't chosen as the common name, but I would like to be able to exclude roles from the chosen name as well. This comes up with there are multiple individuals with one name and things are merged in the existing data.

2. Ability to add any figure to the birth year. DVDP allows any 4-digit number whereas the plugin allows only valid years. I use my own numbering system for actors for whom I can't find a birth year.

3. Ability to add birth years to any name. Right now we can only add them to new common names, but I would like to add them to existing names that I choose as the common name and even names that I don't choose as the common name.

The install requires admin rights.

Open a command prompt as administrator, switch to the directory containing all the unzipped files, then type "regsvr32 nvplugin.dll" (without the quotes).

Please also note that the install procedure does NOT copy any files, it simply registers the plugin. The files you unzipped to a DEDICATED folder of your choice are the actual program files (Just saying, because you named your folder "install files").
