Does INVELOS care at all about the iOS version and users?????

I've had a problem for a month where I can't sync my library from my iPhone XS Max.  I wrote for help here, and no one has even responded that they've seen the problem.

There are other messages here where people are asking for alternatives because INVELOS doesn't seem to care....  Do they, or don't they? 

I've referred a dozen people to this product, and with additional people reporting the same error as I'm receiving, this is going to be a real problem, and I don't think they care at all.

It seems these days all they do is process contributions and maintain the central database. And occasionally remove some spam from these forums.

In terms of product development, it pretty much seems to be abandonware. Why this is the case? Your guess is as good as mine. Since it all depends on a single person, it could be a health issue or other personal circumstances. In the absence of any communication by the company, that's all speculation, not fact.
