| Posted: | | | | And no the subject does not refer to my wanting a copy of 'Spaceballs". I log on every day, and the first thing I do is go to see if there are any contributions to vote on that day. However about 1-2 times a week there is an update to a title I never voted on because it was never in my listing of Unvoted Pending Updates. Is it just me, or have others noticed this happening to them? And just because I am paranoid, it does not mean they are not out to get me. Bobb | | | Do Cheshire Cats drink evaporated milk? |

| Posted: | | | | I have seen this same thing in the past (even back at Intervocative)... but I haven't really noticed it that much recently. I was starting to think whatever the problem is with that was solved... apparently not. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | I've noticed this too. Recently even. I didn't really trust myself though. I figured I must have seen the contribution, but, having the memory of a day-old french fry, had forgotten about it. | Posted: | | | | It seems to happen frequently to me even now. I try to keep my local db up to date, and if I agree with changes in a contribution I will often manually make those changes to my local profile without waiting for Invelos to approve & release them. (I'm pretty conscientious about this and only edit my local profile with data that I fully agree with so I don't often have to back out changes later on.) Still, I seem to get 80-100 hits every week when I check for updates. About 1/4 to 1/3 of those are things I don't recall having voted on. So, yes, I experience this "strange behavior." BTW: I remember watching "Spaceballs" on cable many years ago and got a few chuckles from it, so don't worry about wanting a copy, Bobb. | Posted: | | | | I've noticed it, and I think this may be the problem... Sometimes when uploading my collection, I will notice a title or two that for some reason did not upload and those collection numbers will be missing from my online collection list. I generally have to upload the collection again, and then it will magically appear in my online collection again. If it's not uploaded and actually in your collection then, you're just not going to see any contributions to vote on. It has nothing to do with the "adult" settings or anything. It must be a bug. | | | Corey | | | Last edited: by Katatonia |

| Posted: | | | | This probably isn't the situation you're referring to, but just in case...
If you add a title by UPC, which is not in the main database (uncheck the Download Profile from Invelos checkbox) and later someone contributes that title, you'll not get to vote on it because it's a new title, but it'll show up in the download.
At least I think that's what will happen. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

| Posted: | | | | you also had to verify every 2 days, to verify contributions. Lately it takes a bit longer, massive data flow to Invelos I would guess. | | | Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. Please include the sources for your changes in the contribution notes, especially for cast and crew additions. |

I started making a list a short time ago to make sure it was not the loose screw behind the kyboard.
