I have a problem with the awards window in DVD Profiler. When the list is longer than the space, sometimes the last line is not visible:



And I have a question: If I edit an entry for a award, will the change be permanent or replaced the next time I update awards?

A general question: Would you mind if I discontinue maintaining the award ZIP files on my website? As with the current plugin it is possible to directly download updates for the awards from my online data pool, and it is possible to export the awards to a file yourself from there.

Do you have the auto-syncing enabled?
Then it probably is during the syncing of this profile. After the profile is synched, it will not do an actual sync again, unless data has changed (an MD5 checksum is generated to avoid doing a sync if not data has changed). This would be the reason why you cannot reproduce the error when you get it.
What could help me track down the problem is an XML export of a profile with which you got this error.

If I then just open and close the edit window on the profile without making any changes, then I don't get the popup. when I then remove the line feed and save, I get the popup.

I don't know whether it's relevant, but I should add that the database is actually located on a NAS on my gigabit wired LAN

That would be the watched event? I noticed that as well in the xml:

Hmmm, now that I've added another "watched by" the View History looks like this

I rarely (if ever) use the Watched by feature in DVDP, so I'm not sure where the event came from.

While I was in the View History, I deleted the 00/00/0000 entry. I got the usual popup as CCVP synced.

I then edited the overview and saved again. This time the popup was more spectacular

This is an unexpected exception coming from DVD Profiler plugin api. I always had it in the past when syncing when Profiler had already run some time. I had hoped that it was a thing of the past.
