| Posted: | | | | For the past 2 weeks I have unable to refresh my profiles. Is always tells me that everything is up to date. I hardly believe there hasn't been updates in 2 weeks. Has anyone else noticed this, or is there a problem with the site. Would sure like to know.
Thanks, Stevedvd |

This just downloads the complete online profile list, you still need to Refresh Updated Profiles as usual. | | | Registered: February 10, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | Out of curiosity what happens when you click add dvd? I've noticed the usual download you get when you do that errors out every time. It just flashes a red x to the left of pending very quickly before the downoad box goes away and brings up the box to enter the UPC.
When I then entered the EAN for the UK release of Thanksgiving it didn't bring it up. However when I went to the add by title window and typed the name in the release was there.
The only way I can get it to work properly is to do the ctrl refresh method greygost suggests. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

For the past 2 weeks I have unable to refresh my profiles. Is always tells me that everything is up to date. | Posted: | | | | Big thank you greyghost (and really sorry if I've missed anyone else out for thanks) for this. I'd never have stumbled across it in a million years. | | | Do you ever find yourself striving for perfection with an almost worthless attempt at it? Guttermouth "Lemon Water". Also, I include in my Profiler database VHS tapes, audio DVDs, audio books (digital, cassette and CD), video games (digital, DVD and CD) and 'enhanced' CDs with video tracks on them, as well as films and TV I've bought digitally. So I'm an anarchist, deal with it. Just be thankful I don't include most of my records and CDs etc in it too; don't think I haven't been tempted... |

| Posted: | | | | I don t get any updates, even with the ctrl function. What i did was manually deleting the profiles in my database and then added them again in my collection. |
