| Posted: | | | | I use DVD Profiler for iOS to view my collection only. Any changes to my database I implement from DVD Profiler for PC, then performing a sync from DVD Profiler for iOS over my local network. The one exception to this would be with respects to "Watched" status. I do mark profiles as "Watched" from DVD Profiler for iOS in addition to updating my "Watched" tags, then syncing those changes over to DVD Profiler for PC. Again though, aside from that all changes to my database are done from DVD Profiler for PC. End result, doesn't matter what iOS version I happen to be running. As long as said iOS version provides for browsing my collection properly within DVD Profiler for iOS I'm good. I also benefit from the fact that my database is housed locally and backed up locally. If the Invelos online database is ever taken offline I won't be impacted aside from the fact I'll have to create profiles from scratch going forward. The same won't be true for those only using DVD Profiler for iOS. Something to think about. | | | My DVD/Blu-ray Collection | | | Last edited: by Lowpro |

| Posted: | | | | Except that the database is stored locally on your device; at least it is on my iPad. |

| Posted: | | | | Same problem here on iPhone 11 Pro Max. Cannot add a custom entry, because the 'DONE'-button is behind the battery status. |

| Posted: | | | | Same with me: I can not add custom entries,Because the Done Button is behind the battery status bar (and cancel is behind the time...). Just spent 3 hours and $3 just to find this bug which clearly many others have encountered. Disappointed that developers have not fixed it! I WILL be unfavorably reviewing your app. |

| Posted: | | | | I have the same issue on my iPhone 11. DVD Profiler 4.0.4
I tried entering the custom entry with UPC. On the next screen, the „Done“ button is behind the battery status. So I killed the app. I tried a second time, and it says the UPC is already in use - at the same theme, the movie isn’t in my database. So I try adding without the UPC - but without being able to tap the “Done” button, I can’t add it to the library.
Is this app still being updated? In the App Store there was no action by the developer since 2018.
Why can someone, who bought the app on the App Store not open a regular ticket to contact the developer as a user with a key for the desktop version?
A side note: years back I buy an appl to catalogue my movies. The developer informs they discontinue the product. I move to another app. I enter every movie again, and a year later, the product is discontinued. I buy DVD profiler, believing they are successful and won’t discontinue... now I see they aren’t active on the App Store ever since 2018. Now I am really frustrated. Maybe I should round up my IT friends to start our own app... |

| Posted: | | | | It's a problem. I have something like 100 UK discs (DVD and BD) that are not in the database and because I use an iPad have no way of submitting them to include. Many are DVDs which largely get ignored alas. I find that UK users tend to be more motivated by the latest tech, ignoring DVDs and 3D BDs in favour of UHD BD. I think every one of those gets inputted ahead of time but the UK is way behind Germany and the USA in getting upcoming discs added ahead of release. |

| Posted: | | | | I have the issue with my iphone and not being able to add custom entries because the Done button is behind the status bar and the cancel button is behind the time. I did not see if there was a solution rolled out yet. I discovered recently out of frustration that if you tap on the Done button repeatedly that eventually it will work. Sometimes it works after tapping for about 10 seconds and other times as much as 30 seconds but eventually I am able to add the custom entry. I quickly looked to see if this has been mentioned previously but did not see anything posted. I hope this proves useful for folks. |

| Posted: | | | | How can I submit new entries when I only have an iPad with the iOS version? I don't have the PC or desktop version and have about 120 discs that need adding to the database. |
