| Posted: | | | | Hi all Problem is this - local and online totals agree, but not all film details are correct - for instance, I owned 2001: A Space Odyssey for years on DVD, then bought the Blu Ray last year and promptly sold the DVD. I updated DVD Profiler to reflect this at the time and uploaded to DVD Profiler online, but that still shows the old DVD version, purchased in 2008.
I've had a read through the forums and I've checked the 'adult' settings and also highlighted titles locally and used 'ctrl-P' to check settings - these are ok.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

| Posted: | | | | The only entry I see in your online database for 2001: A Space Odyssey is for the Blu-ray (UPC: 7-321900-798389). Maybe you just need to refresh the page.

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for the suggestion. Tried that (ctrl-f5 and also forcing IE to download the webpage each time I visit the site) but the changes still aren't shown. Interestingly, I still see the DVD version (and not the Blu Ray) of 2001 when I visit the page from my wife's iPhone which has never been to the site before so won't have anything in its cache for the site. I've tried it on her iPhone on wifi and 3g and still get the same thing so I can't see what's happening. I'll sleep on it (I'm in the UK) and see if I can sort it out over the weekend.
Thanks again

| Posted: | | | | I am indeed clicking on that and it shows 2001 on DVD rather than Blu Ray and as being purchased in 2008. My collection starts with 15 Storeys High.
My brain hurts...
I'm dreading that moment when I realise whatever stupid thing it is that I've done! | | | Last edited: by Wolfmancatsup |

| Posted: | | | | Couple of things to try, first press ctrl & F5 to force your browser to properly refresh the collection page. If that doesn't work try viewing your collection in a different browser. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

--------------- Argh! You're quite right - I've been simply looking at the date and assuming that was my purchase date - the original ctrl-F5 refresh must have sorted things! Thanks all - I'll try to think a bit more first before time-wasting again! Mick |
